I have created a nine minute meditation for beginners. I would like to invite you to go to a quiet place where you will not be interrupted, sit comfortably in a chair that supports you, close your eyes and let yourself sink into my voice as I take you into a guided meditation.
MEDITATION is an amazing de-stressing tool. When you meditate you are actually changing the brain waves from the harassed, distressed, anxious, worried, hassled, thinking, thinking, thinking waves called beta waves to the calm, serene joyful brain waves called alpha. And all it takes is 10 minutes to begin with. Later as you ‘get the hang of it’ you will easily be able to extend the duration of time you spend on meditation. In fact, it is such a blissful feeling that you will WANT TO meditate more and more.
