Having a healing and healthy relationship with children – of any age – starts with you as a parent having a healing and healthy relationship with yourself. The same applies to me in my role as a teacher, coach and speaker, as well as parent and grandparent. In this 4-minute video I look back and 2015 and share three things I did to keep myself healthy mentally, emotionally and physically. This is a great exercise for all parents (and teachers) to do.
